Making an Impact with Every Real Estate Goal Achieved

The "Pay It Forward Project" by Lilac Listings is a special initiative we launched in 2023. We are deeply committed to giving back to our community and supporting those in need. As proud residents of Whatcom County, we understand the importance of local non-profit organizations and the positive impact they have on our community's future.

For another year we are making a solemn pledge to our community and the organizations that we love supporting. For every home that we sell, our client will choose from one of our four pre-selected non-profit organizations to which we will donate 1% of our commission. Following the closing of each sale, a direct donation will be made on behalf of our clients!

Selected Charities:

- Skookum Kids
- Lydia Place
- Growing Veterans
- Animals as Natural Therapy

Our goal is not only to provide additional funds to these deserving causes but also to raise awareness of their vital work in our community. We are aiming to raise $12,000 collectively for 2024. You can follow along to see our progress throughout the year right here as we will update our progress tracker below monthly!
