We have many strategies in place to ensure you’ll get full market exposure for your property, which is the only way to ensure you’ll get full market value! We’ll start by visiting your home and learning more about your goals, touring your home and going over our marketing strategies.
We will provide you with a list of recommended items to address while you prepare your home to sell which will result in getting the most money as possible for your home. Sometimes this includes recommendations for repairs, hiring a professional cleaner or landscaper and staging. We hire professional photography for all our listings and include a virtual Matterport walk-through tour.
In addition to custom print and digital marketing material including custom print media, social media marketing, and website for your property, we will network with other local Brokers in and out of our office to share about your listing. As Certified Negotiation Experts we work hard to negotiate the best price and the best terms for all our Sellers and will work tirelessly to ensure that we exceed your expectations.
Buying a house
We always appreciate the opportunity to personally connect with our clients before we start out on the home buying journey together. Whenever possible, we’d love to set up an initial meeting in our office with you where we can discuss your goals, our strategies to help you find and secure the home of your dreams, answer any questions you may have and go over our Buyer’s Guide together.
Once we’ve completed our Buyer’s Consultation, we’ll set you up on a custom MLS search where we’ll notify you of any new listings that may be of interest to you and we’ll officially begin house hunting. The best thing about working with Rachael and Laura as a home Buyer is that you have two Brokers who work together to ensure you can always see a property of interest right away.
Once we’ve located the home of your dreams we have the knowledge, experience and strategies to help you secure it and will be with you every step of the way helping guide you to a successful closing.
